    Does anyone use an online rental application?

    What service do you use - or do you create your own?

    What fees are tenants willing to pay for running credit, background, history reports?

    We have only 1 unit. I'd like to have an online application...

    I've used www.rentapplication.net

    applicants pay $39.95 each directly to the site for credit, criminal, and eviction report  Each adult applicant submits their own app and pays for the screening individually

    do prospective tenants balk at the fee? Do you still use that service?
