Thank  you very much Matthew I really enjoy your presentation. I know technology is constantly changing and time is very valuable. So anything that helps me make a more educated decision fast is a great tool to have in my real estate tool box. Now from what I saw in the meeting I see your an Apple guy. :) Are all things  your using all able to be done off the iPad with no problems? 

Thanks Matthew for the included tools. I have a general question, does anyone have a preferred inspector that they could recommend for properties in the Battle Creek Area? We are trying to close on our first rental property.
