The City of Kalamazoo is in the process of developing it’s federally required Analysis to Impediments to Fair Housing.
The goal of this plan is to determine issues that prevent residents from obtaining safe and affordable housing and present recommendations based on community input and data.
We have talked to many renters but we need to hear the landlord perspective.
We will share the requirements of the plan and follow with a discussion with you all on the challenges and rewards of being a landlord as well as suggestions for solutions to the housing needs in Kalamazoo.
